Having worked with some of the most vulnerable members of society, we are able to provide reassurance to our clients that we are honest and caring about what we do.
Alongside our general services, we specialise in addressing hoarding disorders in line with North Wales Hoarding Protocol levels 1-3. We provide person centred support to improve living conditions for those who are vulnerable due to not being able to access home care services and at risk of losing their homes, due to environmental issues. This also helps to reduce the long term cost implications to the individual and the Local Authority.
We provide a tailored service which will focus on improving living conditions, treating individuals with respect and maintaining their dignity. We are extremely passionate about providing structured property solutions support and improving the mental health and wellbeing of our clients, which is at the forefront of our values.
You will be working directly with myself Helen Bolland and my husband and business partner John Bolland. With over 20 years in social services alongside my property renovation skills, I strive to boost mental health through enhanced living spaces. Paired with John’s equal passion for promoting positive mental health in our community and his professional expertise in renovations and logistics, our mission is to turn your property dreams into reality. An ex-military guy with a strong mindset to overcome obstacles and see a job through from beginning to end, striving for positive results at all times. Passionate about promoting positive mental health and supporting people in our communities. Professionally experienced in property renovations, upgrades, logistics and transport. As well as all things within corporate management of safety, health, environment, security and compliance. Im proud to be a mental health first aider!

Helen Bolland
Over 20 years experience in social care and social services. Experienced social worker, working with vulnerable adults. Experienced in property renovations; painting and decorating; property repairs; gardening and interior design. Passionate about improving peoples’ homes to improve their mental health. She fell in love with property improvement and design in her teens and has been upcycling furniture since the age of 14, which is her favourite hobby. Another achievement is her silver gilt winning Memory Garden at the Southport Flower Show for the Alzheimer’s Society.

A time served “old school” painter & decorator with over 50 years of professional experience, extensive knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
